These Surplus Beretta Model 85-BB Cheetah .380 ACP pistols are original Italian made Beretta’s, that come from the an Italian police department. We have not ever seen a shipment of these pistols before and this shipment is very consistent. These pistols are rated Very Good surplus to Good surplus condition. We are offering these very nice pistols as standard and hand pick (our staff will select the cosmetically best one out of 10) option is available for $15.00 extra on these.
Take a look at the pictures of these to give you an idea of what you will be getting. Please keep in mind our intention was to pick up as many imperfections on the pistol as possible. Compared to the naked eye these pictures pick up everything, but it gives a good representation of what the pistols will look like. Select the appropriate option above and you will see the corresponding picture for each a standard or a handpick.
Just like our latest batches of surplus Beretta pistols these show very little wear from actual firing, they have nicks, scratches, wear from holster use, handling, or storage. I don’t know what law enforcement in Italy is doing with their pistols, but they certainly don’t seem to be shooting them very much. We did find a few with some light freckling on either the slide or the mag, we cleaned up a few of these as a test and they cleaned up nicely.
Choosing the Hand pick option will get you the best 1 out of 10 pistols cosmetically. Choosing the Standard will get you a Very Good to Good surplus condition pistol. Standards are up to the luck of the draw on what condition you will receive. The importer roll marked these pistols under the trigger guard, so no big importer marks on the slide or frame.
