James River Armory M72B1 RPK Carbine 2-30rd Yugo BHO Mags All CC?s Accepted

The regular version of this rifle maintains the RPK length barrel and bipod like the fixed stock model. James River Armory built a few of these M72 AB1?s and cut down the barrel to 16? while eliminating the bipod and associated hardware. While not officially labeled as a Khyber from James River Armory, this style was already seen in some real world examples from the Khyber Pass, although mostly with the triangle folder instead of the under folder stock. They are sometimes incorrectly called ?Tankers? because of the misinformation that these were issued to tank crews that needed something compact in their confined work space. (GRH)
